Marc graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce and joined White Perkins Associates in May of that same year. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2015, now known as the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Following his designation, Marc obtained his audit license, allowing him to provide audit, review, and compilation services. He provides these services to clients in both French and English.

In 2020, Marc, together with White Perkins Associates, opened the firm’s office in Pubnico. In 2023, Marc was named a partner of White Perkins Associates.

Prior to joining White Perkins Associates, Marc gained valuable hands-on experience in the fishing industry. While attending university, he worked for eight years at a seafood processing plant and also worked as a lobster fisherman on various fishing vessels. This experience has provided Marc with a well-rounded understanding of the fishing industry and the unique challenges faced by businesses operating within it.

Throughout his career with White Perkins Associates, Marc has worked with a diverse range of clients, including businesses in the fishing, manufacturing, fish processing, medical, and trades industries. He has also provided professional services to various not-for-profit organizations and public-sector entities.

Marc has been actively involved in his community for many years. He has volunteered with the Pubnico Point Trail Association since its establishment in 2013 and continues to contribute his time to the organization. He is also a volunteer hockey instructor with the Yarmouth Minor Hockey Association.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as boating and ATVing.
